The Fort Worth Youth Athletic Association (FWYAA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to the enrichment and development of the scholar-athletes enrolled in our organization. FWYAA was founded in 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas by Stephanie McLaurin and Quinesha Franklin, whose mission is to assist, mentor, and train our future leaders, ages 4-18 who are interested in improving their physical fitness, nutrition awareness, mental stamina, and teamwork skills through organized sports competitions, educational support, and community volunteerism.

We measure our success, not in size, but through the educational, social, and travel experiences the scholar-athletes will gain each season through every sport that we offer.  We want to ensure that all of our scholar-athletes compete on regional and national levels through volleyball, basketball, track, soccer, cheer, football, and martial arts/wrestling. Traveling to these competitions can be costly for our scholar-athletes families.  Our organization would also like to honor our scholar-athletes by holding an awards banquet each year where we honor our scholar-athletes not only on their athletic achievements but also on their academic ones.  We also strive to be able to offer scholarships also to underserved youth who cannot afford to pay club fees.

To assist with these costs, our organization plans to hold several fundraisers and also plan to host our own events in 2023.  Currently, your sponsorship donation will help offset the cost of facility rental, travel, and equipment.  Your sponsorship will be greatly appreciated.

All donations to the Fort Worth Youth Athletic Association are tax-deductible.
